How does the customization process work?
After you choose your product and preferred illustration style, you will upload a clear photo of your pet. Our artists will create a custom portrait based on that photo. Once the artwork is ready, we will email you a preview for approval. After you give the final thumbs-up, we well print your personalized design on the product you selected and ship it straight to your door!
Can I choose any product to feature my pet’s drawing?
Yes! You can choose from our full range of products, including tote bags, tumblers, t-shirts, and more. Just pick your favorite item and we’ll apply the custom illustration directly to it.
How many pets can I include in one drawing?
We currently support up to two pets per design to ensure the highest level of detail and quality. If you have multiple pets in one photo, that’s perfectly fine, we can work with it! Just place your order as usual and include the names of each pet if you’d like them featured in the design.
Do you accept animals other than cats and dogs?
Absolutely! We welcome all pets — birds, bunnies, reptiles, horses, and more. As long as you provide a clear photo, we’ll do our best to capture their unique charm.
Do I need to send a professional photo of my pet?
No need for a professional photo — just make sure your pet is clearly visible, well-lit, and facing the camera. The better the photo, the more accurate and charming the drawing will be!
Can I see the drawing before it’s printed?
Yes! You will receive a preview of your pet's illustration by email before we move to production. We offer up to two edits, so you can make sure everything feels just right.

The sooner you approve the design, the sooner we can begin production. If we don’t receive a response within 3 days, your order will automatically move forward as-is to avoid further delays.
How long does production and shipping take?
Our production time is usually 3–6 business days. Once your product is ready, shipping times depend on your location, but typically range from 4–10 business days. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way!
I ordered multiple items - will they arrive together?
Not always. Since we work with different production partners depending on the product, your items may be shipped separately and arrive on different days. But don’t worry — you will receive tracking info for each package so you can follow everything along the way!
